CUSCS Moodle for HD / FTD 全日制課程網上學習平台

Dear all,

Panopto Cloud services are scheduled for essential database maintenance and enhancements on Sunday, 22nd March, 2026.
These updates necessitate a period of downtime, which is projected to last up to three (3) hours.

Schedule Downtime: 1:00am to 3:30 am, on 22-March-2026 (Sunday)

During this maintenance window, access to videos on Panopto will be unavailable. Attempts to upload new content from recording will result in a "Server unable to connect" error message.

Kindly be informed that the service of Moodle Mobile App has been resumed.

     1. If you used the Mobile App previously, please update your App version to at least 5.0.0 or the latest one.
     2. If you are new to the Mobile App, you may download through 

             - the App Store for iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/moodle/id633359593
             - the Google Play Store for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moodle.moodlemobile.

      3. You could then access the App with your current username and password.
      (Please input https://moodle.scs.cuhk.edu.hk for "Your site" in the mobile app)
